What is Aromatherapy? One of my books defines aromatherapy as:

"...the holistic therapeutic application of genuine essential oils for enhancing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health of the individual."

I completely agree with this statement. Aromatherapy, using genuine, pure essential oils can have profound effects on our health and well being.

My goal with this blog is to share the information I have gathered and continue to gather as I go through my studies to become a certified, clinical aromatherapist.

I am by no means a doctor and make no wild claims of "miracle cures". I do not associate with any essential oil distributorships, even though some of them have fantastic product. I am simply a life-long student of complimentary and holistic living.

I believe in educating and making available all the info and resources one needs to make this wonderful modality a part of their lives.

It can be as complex or as simple of a journey as you choose. I hope you will visit often and gather valuable information that will help you feel more in control of your health and the health of those you love.
